About Mary

My journey in South Florida began in 1982, when I moved here from Trinidad and Tobago. I quickly fell in love with the warmth, beauty, and lifestyle of South Florida and knew I had found the place I wanted to call home.

My career in real estate began from the financial side of the industry, working in the mortgage lending and banking industry from 1983.  In 1992 I joined First Union Bank as a Junior Underwriter and, within three years, advanced to Senior Underwriter and office manager. That experience gave me an invaluable understanding of what happens behind the scenes of a real estate transaction—knowledge that continues to benefit my customers today.

In 1997, I took the next step and opened my own licensed mortgage brokerage business. Always eager to expand my expertise, I went on to obtain licenses in real estate appraisal, insurance, and ultimately real estate sales.

Today, I bring decades of experience in real estate, mortgages, finance, and business ownership to every client I serve. I understand that buying or selling a home is much more than a transaction—it is often one of the most important financial and personal decisions someone will make.

That is why my approach is simple: listen carefully, communicate clearly, and be there from beginning to end.

Whether I am helping a first-time buyer find the perfect home, guiding someone through a major life transition, or helping a seller achieve the best possible outcome, my goal is to make the process as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible.

My business has been built on relationships, referrals, and trust. I believe my customers deserve a realtor who answers the phone, explains the details, anticipates potential challenges, and never loses sight of what matters most—the person behind the transaction.
